Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Position summary:  

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for delivering industry leading Customer Experience solutions for our customers driven by cutting edge AI based technology on the Salesforce platform. You will work with our customers to gather requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solution, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and core cloud architecture and the ability to serve as a technical architect, business analyst, and product manager. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate will need strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. They will be expected to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget. The ultimate goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' Salesforce platforms, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:  

-Design enterprise grade Salesforce solutions for use cases focused on the Sales, Service and Data Clouds.

-Architect highly scalable business systems using MuleSoft or other industry leading integration automation tools.

-Utilize the latest AI based technology stack to implement solutions which drive customer efficiency and ROI.

Technical Analysis:

-Drive project discovery to distill customer requirements.

-Communicate requirements to the delivery team including engineering and project management.

-Manage evolving project requirements and scope.

Process Improvement:

-Continuously improve the delivery processes and practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the Salesforce technical landscape.

Stakeholder Engagement:

-Collaborate across functions with engineering, project management, marketing and sales to drive business results.

-Report to senior leadership on key business metrics.

Basic Qualifications:  

-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

-Built highly scalable system integrations, including aspects of streaming and batches, ETL, and data pipelines, using tools such as MuleSoft.

-Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.

-Extensive experience delivering Salesforce implementations for Enterprise customers, including high-value account management and senior-level engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related fields.

-Experience in evaluating, designing and implementing AI based solutions for CX systems.

-Data Cloud design and implementation experience.

-Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouse and data lake providers such as Snowflake and Databricks.

-Ability to code on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC) or externally (Java, Python, JavaScript)
